King Valley Fine Foods is a manufacturer and wholesale supplier of condiments.
This project was to develop a new business website for King Valley Fine Foods. Initially the client was unsure about the direction of their online presence, so we undertook several intensive discussion sessions to enable us to gain a better understanding not only of the current business, but the client's plans for the future.
The site included an ecommerce solution which allowed multiple pricing levels. We created 2 pricing levels, a "public" level and a separate "wholesale" level, which meant "public" pricing was visible to the public and wholesale Stockists were provided with an account to login and order in bulk at "wholesale" prices. This required the configuration of customised access levels for different user levels, and different views depending on access level. Additionally, the site included a Stockist map which enabled the public to visit and search by postcode or business name.
