Natural Life Foods is an Australian company based in Melbourne Victoria which pioneered the commercial preparation of traditional Bircher muesli.
Goal: The goal of this project was to strategically plan and deliver a digital transformation for Natural Life Foods.
Requirements: The existing website was outdated, insecure, incorrectly configured and did not deliver the required outcomes for the business.
Recommendation: While the client was generally happy with the visual aspects of the site and the majority of content and messaging, the age and overall lack of strategic SEO implementation meant it was more efficient to build a new site and migrate content rather than try to fix the existing site.
Outcomes: We added end user functionality including a Contact page form and a Request Samples form, designed to capture customer information while also preventing email spam. Internally, all content was reviewed and the site structure was rearranged to correctly adhere to basic SEO principles, including more internal and external linking. EDM (a newsletter) was implemented and a site map configured and submitted to Google Search Console. The site is now also correctly configured in Google Analytics.
The site structure includes a simple primary navigation, invididual product pages which are now also configured in Google Business Profile, and a blog.
