Ivanhoe Community Grocers supply fresh organic produce to the local community.
Goal: The goal of this project was to strategically plan and deliver a website migraton from Wordpress to Shopify. The existing website was outdated, insecure, incorrectly configured and did not deliver the required outcomes for the business.
Requirements: While the client was generally happy with the visual aspects, content and messaging of their old site, they were specific about wanting to switch over to Shopify for the convenience that platform provides. A large part of the project was migrating customer data, product data and existing SEO to ensure the new site was not penalised, and further enhancing the new site's SEO. We also tried to simplify the page layouts to make future updates by the client simpler.
