Healthpoint Osteopathic Clinic is an osteopathic clinic providing quality, holistic care in Northcote, Victoria.
Goal: The goal of this project was to strategically plan and deliver a digital transformation for Healthpoint. The business had recently undergone changes which meant their old CMS website was out of date and unable to be updated.
Requirements: The business requested a new, fresh and modern overhaul to their digital presence which better represented how they wanted to present themselves, and the addition of online booking functionality and the ability to self-manage content updates. They do not consider themselves "highly technical" and are very busy with the day-to-day business, so it was important to provide a platform which was intuitive and easy to use and manage in the longer term.
Recommendation: Based on these requirements, we recommended a rebuild in a SaaS platform, as these generally require minimal management and overheads but are very easy to use.
Outcomes: The site structure includes a simple primary navigation, staff profiles, services profiles, a blog and several CTA's to the booking engine. The project also included new branded email accounts, domain name migration, and copywriting.
